Since March, Stasher has achieved record month after record month. This summer our funding round is in full swing. Here’s an update on our timeline.
We’re going live on Seedrs in September. This means we have until the end of August to close private investment (e.g. tickets over £1k), and in September we’ll open to the crowd, where our customers & people who wish to put in tickets of any size can join.

Deal Context (from last time):
We built Stasher after we graduated and up until Covid things were pretty cool. We got on the Forbes 30u30 list and raised £2m in funding. Then Covid happened and for a while things weren’t so cool. But as they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
In 2022 we developed leaner processes and are achieving better results with fewer staff and lower spend. We’re now ready to take a cash injection to accelerate our growth and hit profitability next year.
We've broken all our records. June was our best month ever, we earned over £265k revenue in a single month, and Q2 closed almost at breakeven.
And we've brought in some key hires (including the Financial Times' former Head of Growth & Data, a designer from Deel, and 3 new developers) to help us build an even better growth machine for the future.
